Farmhouse Villa: Living Rooms

On the ground floor is a large 10x5m  open plan space comprising of the lounge, dining area and kitchen.

There is a wood fired burner with back boiler providing heat to the hot water tank (in winter) and, in turn, to the under-floor heating and radiators. This whole large open space has under-floor heating beneath it and together with the log fire is very comfortable and relaxing in the colder months.

The kitchen has two electric eye-level fan assisted ovens and a 5plate gas hob. The sink has two basins and there is a built-in dishwasher and fridge. Adjacent to the living room but off from the entrance hall is a large (1.8x1.8m)  pantry complete with lots of shelving.

This large open plan living space has two big ceiling fans (which are also lights) for cool, comfortable living in the summer months and all the doors and windows have screens.

Outside and directly accessed from the open living space to the east, is a very big patio and covered pergola – ideal for outdoor living through the hot summer months. The pergola houses 4 lights, a ceiling fan and a two plug/switch unit. The north facing views from the pergola are stunning.

Outside and directly accessed from the open living space to the west is a large flat grassed area which is also used for outdoor living with views across the olives grove and surrounding countryside.

On the first floor is a study and kitchen. This room is accessed off the hallway and is 4x5.5m. It houses a small kitchen and the original open log fireplace. The study has the internet connection and wireless network. It has a radiator and ceiling fan.
