This beautiful farmhouse villa has three bedrooms on the first level all with stunning views.

They are accessed by either an external staircase or an internal lift which brings you into the loggia (Italian word for verandah) which is south facing and enclosed by glass all round so it is more like a conservatory.  It is wonderful to sit out in the loggia on cool winter/autumn or spring mornings with a cup of delicious Italian coffee and the sun blazing in to make it comfortably warm and relaxing whilst enjoying the magnificent views of Chiusi, Montepulciano, the Cetona Hills and Mount Amiata.

From the loggia you enter a large 2x5m entrance hall with doors off to the three bedrooms, one bathroom and the study/small kitchen.
•    Bedroom 1: 4x4m -  is west facing with beautiful views towards Montepulciano and Lake Chiusi and has an en-suite shower room being 4x1.5m.
•    Bedroom 2: 4x3.5m -  is west facing and with the same views as Bedroom 1.
•    Bedroom 3: 4x3.5 is east facing with wonderful views over the beautiful countryside.
•    Shared bathroom for bedrooms 2 and 3: 2x4.1m – is north facing and has views of the hills and surrounding villages as far as Cortona.

All the bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans, which make these rooms comfortable in the summer months and radiators which make them comfortable through the winter and, typical of old farmhouses, the ceilings are high with beams throughout which make this living space so relaxing to be in.
