Farmhouse Villa: Bathrooms

There are three bathrooms and an external toilet with basin.

•    Bathroom 1: 3x2m – on the ground floor. This is situated off the entrance hall and comprises of a toilet, hand basin and wet-room shower.  
•    Bathroom 2: 2x4.1m. This bathroom is on the first floor and is accessed from the entrance hall. It comprises of a toilet, bidet, hand basin and large plunge bath with overhead shower. The shower rose can be hand held if required.
•    Bathroom 3: 4x1.5m is the en-suite for the main bedroom (Bedroom 1). This comprises of a toilet, bidet, hand basin and large stand-in shower (1.5x0.85m) with overhead rose and separate handheld rose, both with varying sprays.

The shower temperatures in all three bathrooms are thermostatically controlled with good water pressure.

The views from the first floor bathrooms are beautiful, looking northwards over local villages and layers of hills with both Lake Trasimeno and Cortona in sight.

Under the stairs and accessed externally is a store area which includes a toilet and basin.
